One of the many great things about a Cycle class is that it is fully adaptable to your individual fitness level. The class is not a competition between participants (unless you want it to be), so listen to your body and adjust the resistance on your bike accordingly. We have a specialized spin zone located in our gym and there are a number of different length classes to fit your needs and intensity level.
