No matter how healthy you think you are, there’s always room for improvement. A Health MOT is the best way to get a full picture of your overall wellbeing so you have the information you need to become fitter and healthier.
Your Health MOT will identify opportunities to improve your overall health, giving you what you need to make positive fitness, diet and lifestyle changes.
All our members undertake a Health MOT when they join us.
Our Health MOT measures:
– Body mass index (BMI)
– Resting heart rate
– Body fat percentage
– Blood pressure
– Muscle Mass
During your Health MOT your Personal Trainer will be able to give advice on your exercise regime, health concerns, existing injuries, alcohol use, stress levels and quality of sleep.
Follow–up Health MOT
Following your Health MOT, you will be given a full report of the health outcomes. We can use these results to track your progress against a bespoke set of fitness and lifestyle goals. We recommend you attend a Health MOT every 3 months to make sure that you’re still getting the maximum benefit from our Gym. It also helps you to monitor the effectiveness of your exercise regime and reassess your goals.
